You Can Do Veggie

by Bruce
(Arizona)

Being a vegetarian in the U.S. has a stigma attached to it. Tie dye hippie who is protein deficient. But I looked at our obesity against countries that consume much less fat and carbs, and decided I would try it, but still eat dairy and seafood.

I feel so much better. I have more energy, feel lighter and spend much less on food. Never have stomach upset or gas. You do not have to go out and buy lots of new cook books as there are many recipes in which you can simply leave out the meat or replace it with a sea food. U.S. restaurant menus are 75% meat based, but that is a small price to pay for the difference you will see and feel.

Yes you CAN live without terrestrial meat. You are just attached to it emotionally. Try it and see.
