Exercise to Fight Skin Aging

I think this site's got it right when it advises you to exercise to stay fit and exude a healthy sexy glow. I'm a 54 year old man. When I returned for a high school reunion recently, I looked at least 5 years younger than 90% of my classmates. Why? Exercise.

Obesity, stress and in some cases smoking had left my friends looking bloated, saggy and worn. Those who, like me, have followed a regular exercise program throughout their lives had a comfortable glow about them. And even in stressful jobs they reported their exercise to be a healthy outlet.

Instead of going to the clothing store when you start to bulge, head to the bike trail, walking path, pool or the gym. You'll be amazed at the difference.
