Elder Care Management With Care and Trust
Providing elder care while managing your own family’s needs is demanding. I know. I have been supporting, counseling and ultimately 100% managing the needs of my aged and ill parents for years. While raising four children of my own. My parents breathed an enormous sigh of relief when I assumed responsibility for managing their affairs, including acting as their agent with powers of attorney—always with full disclosure and after consulting them and their trusted medical, investment and other advisors. I present myself to you as a knowledgeable and ethical partner in making the many transitions faced by all of us in our elder years. I focus elders on their needs and abilities when making changes, and ensure high quality care and comfort in their golden years.

What Type of Elder Care Do You Need?
Elder Transition Counseling & Planning Our beloved elders know that it’s time to make a change in their lives, but often resist it. The decisions require letting go of comfortable routines and possibly leaving familiar surroundings and friends. Familial discussions around these issues can become tense. An objective, experienced advisor can help. The first steps are critical to creating an atmosphere of empowering, cooperative change. Sentimentality, stubbornness and practicality must all be on the table, and ground rules for decision-making and familial conversations must be established to ensure success.
Investigation & Due Diligence Services Once a general framework for the elders’ needs and preferences has been established, hard-nosed investigation follows. Issues include: This process is best done in stages to allow for separation between these important issues and also to ensure that the flow of information is not overwhelming. Our emphasis is on the decision-making factors and goals established in the planning stage. Together we carefully compare as many options as possible which conform to the elder client's abilities, desires and needs. Elder Care Oversight & Management Perhaps you already have a plan in place with which you are comfortable. But the demands of health appointments, transportation, Medicare coverage, interfacing with financial and insurance institutions and even monthly bill payment are simply too much. We offer complete disclosure and transparency to our clients. We act only within the range of authority entrusted to us, and ensure that you are fully informed at all times.
